Grab KA9QFIDO.ZIP from my ftp site at
ftp://ftp.westsound.com/pub/DOS_INTERNET/ as it contains info on my whole
setup plus several utilities related to KA9Q, copies of the relevant RFC's,
etc.

Also, try upgrading to TXMAIL13 fom Pete's ftp site at
ftp://ftp.multiboard.com/ as it should work reasonably well now.
