subject: USR Courier Question

-> I have a USR Courier 33600 External (V34+).
->
-> I was wondering if it is possible to have different connect speeds at
-> of the connection.
->
-> Eg.
->
-> My end    ->  28800
-> Other End -> 31200
->
-> It doesn't seem to make sense to me, however it may be possible.
->
-> I am using BNU as my fossil driver.
->
-> Thanks in advance,
->

To the best of my knowledge both ends of a connection must be at the
same speed which is why modems negotiate the best speed possible per
connection and why we never seem to approach our modems quoted top
speeds;)
