Begin by consulting with stamp dealers.  If there are clubs in your area, 
attend a meeting.  You owe it to yourself to find a legitimate outlet for 
your stamps, if they are as valuable as you say.  Start with the yellow pages 
and go on from there.  Don't begin by saying you have stamps to sell, just 
get a feel for the market first.
