I noticed that also and put  "wait 00:00:05" in fiftp.cmd and
that fixed it.
Aparently Injoy is calling fiftp.cmd before all dynamic addressing is
worked out.  At least fiftp.cmd was running before all the info was in the
connection box (which I haven't noticed since I fixed my PPP problems).  I
have a 33mhz but on faster machines or slower modems...

In any case my throuput problems are vertualy gone and is generaly better
then average.  The only problem I see now is that every once in a while
things simply stop flowing for a short time which I think is probly normal
on a dial up account.
