Always assuming that the .inf file he's using doesn't make ATZ calls
"Exta Settings" should overide DUN's, so that's where the S95=43 should
go.  &w (save to first factory default) and &w1 (save to second factory
default) should not be used, nor should AT as that's assumed in
"Extra Settings"
