Agreed.  However,  I'd like to add a suggestion.  In a quick browse through
here I see a program or two mentioned,  maybe a website.  If this stuff
applies to only one particular software platform,  then it might be good to
say so.  I would guess that a lot of folks out there run some variation of
windows,  and there seems to be a common assumption that this is what
"everybody" is runnin.  Only some of us aren't.  So mentioning
that something is for win-whatever might save us some time.

Just a thought...
