If it were me, the first thing I'd do, and you (and others) won't like
it, would be to dump windows completely. Personally, I'd use OS/2, but
Linux should be equally viable.
Beyond that, sorry. I'd need to know more about your setup. Of
course, you're most welcome to bring the box/modem over here and I'm sure
we'd solve the problem lickety-split. :)
