I don't think the Hethmon Bros. were ever with Neologic (I could be wrong),
they did licence their programs to them though! BTW Paul just released
v1.03 of The Hethmon Bros FTPD and it's up on their site! It's the BEST FTP
Server I have run yet and only 30.00!!
