This morning, I made an interesting discovery.  I called the
national toll free number for Hyatt-regency just to see if the
N.F.B. convention is contained in the computer.  Interestingly
enough, it is in the national reservation center's computer so
why doesn't the national want us to use the toll free number to
make reservations?  Why does it insist on us using the toll
number to call the Hyatt-regency D.F.W. directly if we don't have to?
