	Check out the web page for the Foundation Fighting Blindness.

There is a link on that page related to your condition.  I didn't check 
the page extensively but I would be very surprised if there wasn't a link 
for e-mailing a human.  The page is frames based, however, which is silly 
in some ways since many blind people using certain text based browsers 
cannot handle frames.  I know that Lynx 2.8 does handle the frames on 
that page though, if you are using a text browser.
