Hello all!
As the sub line explains, I have a Wonderful little person around here called 
"MOM, followed by Neice, Nephew, and Brother-in-law
wonderful persons....techno-OH-NOS!!!!...but wonderful...
hasnt figured out those little lights on the phones means THE LINE IS IN 
USE!!!!!!
when they pick up...my connections go Deader than Hillary after a intern is 
fired.
is there something I can add so that if a phone is picked up...and the person 
doing it DIALS.....that the connection can renegotiate.
The services getting hit are FIDO, JUNO and AOL.
The modem is a ZOOM external 28,800 V.34
and YES...we already have 2 lines so that's been done.....
Yes...I DO know there are litle devices out there but then they sometimes kil 
the lights and also cost $$$ so a paramiter that can be put in is waaaay 
smarter that suggesting I open my wallet for whats not there alreay.
