today OpenXP releases a new beta version: 3.8.13-14

All users of older versions are stronmgly encouraged to upgrade to the  
new version as it fixes quite a number of bugs.

Some features of the 3.9 branch

- UTF-8 support in lister
- Bayes-Spam-filter using SQLite
- implemented correct display of UTF8 and Unicode Line breaking in the
  lister
- new box type IMAP
- new address handling ("real" CC/BCC-Support etc.), still buggy
