Well, it's time to make it official.

When the listing for this echo expires, I will no longer be Moderator.
I've given the necessary information to Sean Dennis, and I'm hoping he can
bring something here that I don't seem to have: Re-vitalization.

If anyone has any objections, don't bother; my mind's made up.

Just a quick FYI, I intend to stop moderating AMY_TECH and AMIGASALE;
presiding over nearly-dead echos is very unsatisfying and somewhat
demoralizing.  I don't need that, and everyone deserves better.

If you have any further questions, contact me or Sean via NETMAIL.  I will
not discuss this in the echo.  That's not what it's for.

I'll still be here, helping out where and when I can; it seems to be what
I'm best qualified to do.
