winbootdir will indicate Windows 95 (98? who knows.)
for NT the environment setting is "OS=Windows_NT"

look for environment variable "winbootdir", all lower case. if it exists,
you're running under Windows.

I'm using Tse 2.50e.
How can I know if I'm running Tse under Windows (3.x)
and not from plain Dos?
Thank you.
