I haven't had much time to work on the XML nodelist thingy lately but
here's the program I promised:

There is a Win32 binary included, and Ansi C sources.

Usage: cat nodelist.010 | ./nl2xml > nodelist.xml
or: nl2xml.exe  nodelist.xml

This is not intended for end users right now, but something to use for
constructing test nodelists. It should be pretty easy to modify the source
to create the XML nodelist in different formats, and you're welcome to hack
away & do whatever you wish with the source. I hope it can be of some
use. :-)
