I found a book at Barnes & Noble which dedicated a few pages to Wedgwood.  I 
wouldn't call it "the definitive guide", as it featured some of the 
higher-priced pieces.  However!  The title is "Warman's English & Continental 
Pottery & Porcelain, 2nd Ed."  It is a Guidebook, the ISBN is 0-87069-577-0 
and the price is $19.95, paperback.  When I run across any more references, 
I'll pass them on.
