I've now managed to install MS-DOS 6.22 onto one of my machines and I can  
confirm that exactly the same thing happens with that.

Whilst we're talking about DOS, I'm somewhat puzzled why the OpenXP DOS  
archive is named the way it is because DOS doesn't support LFN's. I'm also  
puzzled as to why a non-backwards compatible version of RAR has been used  
to compress the archive. Methinks the whole OpenXP DOS issue needs looking  
at pretty quickly before too many folks are "frightened" away.
