subject: Splitting Wave Files

Hello Ken.

22 Jan 03 12:35, you wrote to me:

CoolEdit is commercial, they have a downloadable demo, and Goldwave is
shareware. CoolEdit is my prefered program for recording LP's or tapes, but
is a little slow when it comes to "processing" the sound files,
and I prefer
using other utilities for other tasks. CD Wave for track splitting, etc,
there are a lot of utilities out there, most of them are quite good, you will
find a few that fit you better than others. Another that I have just got also
commercial, not sure if the have a demo, is Groove Mechanic, which seems to
have promise of being good.
