The Only reason Don Capps wanted a camp for the blind in South
Carolina is because of Camp Dogwood in North Carolina which is
also for the blind.  I think that while he is a nice man, he is
very ineffective and has been for many years.
Whether South Carolina is wealthy or not, I would think that it
would have to be one of the most endowed affiliates in the nation
considering California's problems in recent years.
