re caps lock problem. I have experienced a similar occurence. if I change
the state
of the caps lock in some other windows program then swictch back to TSE pro
then sometime it will remain out of synch with TSE and reversing the process
will
not correct it. I have to close and reopen TSE to get things back to normal.
