probably the keyboard thinks one of your shift keys is still held down.
sometimes certain keyboards and/or Windows can get confused about the state
of shift/alt/ctrl keys. try hitting and releasing the shift/alt/ctrl keys
several times while inside TSE, then try typing again.

Subject: Capslock problem
I'm running TSE-Pro 2.80b. All of a sudden I'm getting reverse
results when CAPS-LOCK is on. When CAPS-LOCK is on I get lower case
chars, and when CAPS-LOCK is off I get upper case chars. This is only
happening when I'm in the editor. Any other editor, including the
16bit version of TSE works correctly. Is there a bug in TSE-PRO 2.80b
or did I inadvertently change something in the TSE setup?
Thanks,
Jim Derr
