| subject: | new beta Version OpenXP (3.8.13) |
Hi Martin, You wrote on 20.10.03 about "new beta Version OpenXP (3.8.13)": AS>> One other iffy I seem to have found - this Win32 version AS>> doesn't seem to be managing to automatically sniff out my AS>> archivers, and they've been in my Path statement all the AS>> time on my Win machine. Is yours OK on that score ? MF> Yes but ..... On trying the 32bit DOS version as a x-check, no "?" or "ticks" appear. And - when I attempted to use the Archive Viewer to look into known decent .ZIPs etc., I got loads of error messages suggesting that the archives were faulty :( In the DOS version's "altering on the fly" of the language module, i.e. Config/Options/Language, instead of seeing a choice between German and English - I got 2 lines of "(c) Peter Mandrella" to choose between. Although confusing, it did change the contents of the .RSP file OK.
