Not currently.  The last update we issued was in April, 1997, version 2.50e.
Mostly updates to macros based on things that we added to the win32 version.
My goal (I do not know if I will reach it or not) once the win32-GUI version
is released, is to go back and finish the DOS32 port of 2.8 (it'll actually
be based on the forth-coming 3.0).  It  runs ok now, but doesn't have mouse
support and a few other things working just right, and I'm not a DOS
extender expert, so lots of testing remains to be done.  And right now I'm
buried in the win32-GUI, so I can't afford to give it much if any time until
that is out the door.
