Are you saying you want the menubar to always be at the top of the screen=
?
If so, you must be sure and set the ShowMainMenu editor variable to
TRUE/ON.  You can do this in a config/endconfig section, via the Full
Configuration menus, or in your .ui WhenLoaded.
If you only want the MenuBar to show up when you select the menu, you mus=
t
be sure to assign something to MainMenu, as in:
   MainMenu()
