Hello Everyone! My name is dennis (obviosly..) I have been playing with
computers for some time now,But unfortunatly it seems that the only
aspect of assembling/building  them that eludes me is the cursed modem.
To cut to the chase.. I'm using qmodem(452?)and it doesn't seem to
"jibe" with certain systems.I've read the modems 4 duumies,and a few
other tech. mannuals on my specific mdm(hayes smartmodem/fax optima 144)
and I'm still "skippin' n stutterin". could it be defective hardware/
software or is the problem in my brain pan?? 
Come on you guy's,chime in.I'm not afraid of a little "constructive"
sarcasim/criticizm(?)/hints/suggestions...
