FYI -- some coalitions in which the Federation has recently participated
include the World Blind Union and the Committee on Joint Organizational
Effort (JOE).  I would not judge our potential in coalitions by ACB's
track record.  It is a substantially less effective organization in
most (though not all) things it does.
