Hi Steen,
If you are pressing SHIFT 0, and not getting a zero, then:
Locate the qconfig.dat file you used to configure the keyboard,
and see if you have a command assigned to #ins (shift insert).
If so, delete (or comment out) the assignment and then use 
qconfig.exe to update your q.exe file with the change.
Let me know if this is not the case.
