An example of what you are talking about happened in 1993.  Had
the membership stayed away from the Hyatt-regency D.F.W. in
droves our leadership would have had no choice but to re-evaluate
that facility which is great for sighted people but horrible for
us.  But as long as the leadership feels it doesn't have to
account to us for anything it will keep right on doing what it's
doing.
