This is sort of hard to find, but I don't know if it's been re-issued (all of 
the originals avaiable that didn't sell were recalled by the record co.). 
You'd have to see it used and probably on vinyl. Check out your local "indie" 
record shop, or the collector-type guy at the record swap or flea market. 
Barring this, it's probably on file at your local college radio station. It's 
a multi-sided album that sounds like a machine.

Check out the same sources! The Boredoms described themselves to me 
personally in an interview as a "pop" band. Try to find Hanatarash 3.
You can check out a web page on Whitehouse and Come Org. (Genesis P Orridge - 
Throbbing Gristle/Psychic TV was included within Come Org. as well as Coum 
Transmissions). I don't know the address right now, but I was just there and 
you can access it really easily by typing in "Music/Industrial/Whitehouse"
