Harvey,
	Yes, this sounds about right.  No longer workable translates to 
"we on the boared saw how things can get a bit out of hand if we allow it 
so this will help keep things under wraps."  I certainly remember how 
livid Mr. Jernigan was and how he seemed quite upset when he saw how 
things were transpiring without his direct control.  I think.  And you 
are correct in that the members as a whole will need to evaluate 
themselves and look at all issues with an open mind.  They can make 
mistakes too, but hopefully there is enough of the membership with a 
clear head to know when they are doing so.  But we're speaking quite a 
bit into the future I think.  The one thing that will cause the 
leadership to take notice is if lots of members quit the organization for 
whatever reason.  Then they will take notice I believe. There needs to be 
a different cultural milieu in the federation.
