Nevertheless, Harvey, it does represent a change in that one occurence.
It might not be a gran change in the course of human events, but if those
that lead the thoughtful decision process can be gathered again for
future situations, a tradition just might develop. It'll take time, and
I'm afraid some of the older leaders will have to be out of the picture
since they are too set in their ways, but it is a change from tradition.
I think you would agree with this.
