Subject: Down Time on NFB NET and Mailing Lists
On Sunday April 19, 1998, the Internet service provider used by NFB Net,
(Vector Internet Services,) will suffer some down time.  during this period,
which will run approximately from 4:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time to noon,
(eight hours,) you will not be able to Telnet into Nfb NET.  Also the
mailing lists we support, Nfb Talk, Blind talk, Blind Law, NFB in computer
Science, Blind Entrepreneurs, Rehab Net, Psych Net, theranet, and SWnet will
not be operational.  No mail will be lost, but there will be no distribution
during this eight hour period.
Our IsP is having new electrical service installed to their building.  they
will also be using this time to rearrange some equipment.
we appologize for any inconvenience that this down time may cause you.
