     Does  the editor have a way of copying or renaming a file without
Save/Save AS ???
     Of course I could do a   DOS() .
     The problem is that I am working with a  NON TEXT  file and I want
to make sure that the backup
      copy is exact.    Save/Save AS  ..... means loading it into memory
and letting the editor rewrite it.
