Playing chess is more exciting than playing Cricket.  Watching it may also be
so.
I remember someone saying something to the effect that the most boring sports
were...  He listed 3, one being baseball, I think another was soccer.  He
explained that they are popular anyway because they are such a part of our
culture from childhood.
