I have exchanged e-mail with Sammy Mitchell and am sending a update to 
the EchoList.  There are several 'problem' however:
   1) Richard Blackburn is not with SemWare anymore (he was the listed 
moderator and has the password.)
   2) We don't have the password. :-)  If the Update bounces I will resend it 
as soon as Blackburn's password expires.  I am listing Sammy Mitchell, 
1:133/314 as moderator.
    3) As you've probably noticed, messages are coming from SemWare's 
Internet mailing List on the Internet. But apparently no msgs from FidoNet 
are going to the List. (Must be a one-way Gate? :-) )
    4) (and most serious) Sammy has explained to me that he does not want to 
infringe on the "Qedit" name (which belongs to some other company) and 
requested that I remove all references to "Qedit" (including the text 
"formerly called Qedit") in the EchoList Update.
     4b) He would also like to see the Echo's Tag changed from QEDIT changed. 
(I assume to either SEMWARE or TSE.) What do you think? Can we get a name 
change through with a minimum of confusion?  I'd appreciate any feedback from 
any FidoNet SysOp still following this Echo. Netmail to me at 1:129/26 or
