  No, you're not mentally unstable; just because you play a game does not 
make your mind unstable.  The point is that you don't want to expose someone 
to something they're not really ready for.
  I think there should be an age limit, but one that's relatively more 
lenient than it is today.  There are games that have that "Mature 17+" tag on 
them that really shouldn't, for instance.  I wouldn't let some preteen snag 
such a game, but certainly anyone whose age ends with the suffix "teen."
