i don't know what TSE 2.5's specs are, but 2.6 and 2.8 are limited only
by total virtual memory.
if your available virtual memory is 2GB then (a) you must a very large
hard drive, and (b) you can load 2 files roughly 1GB each, or 4 files
.5GB each, or one 1GB file and two .5GB files, etc etc.

What exactly is the largest file that TSE 2.5 & 2.8 can edit? Is it
64MB or the limit of Windows' virtual memory? Does the file size
limit apply to a single file or cumulative file size in the ring?
