I wanted to check on the progress of a Savastore (Watford Electronics) 
order, and it was handy to be able to click on the link to go to their 
customer services to report a problem.  Otherwise, for general email, I'd 
much rather use a proper email client - and =much= prefer that to be in 
text mode.
