OpenXP 4.0 Release Candidate 1

As of Oct 24th, there is a new release candiate for OpenXP version 4.0  
available on www.openxp.de (download section).

OpenXP 4.0 RC1 is a descendent from the 3.8 branch, with many bugfixes.

New features can be found in branch 4.10, mostly backportet from the  
former 3.9 version, which is not actively developed at the moment.

OpenXP 4.0 is available as source and as binary for Win32, DOS, Linux  
and FreeBSD. You need the latest Freepascal 2.0 version for compilation.
