Thank you. Fascinating. 

So Canada will be able to claim three ocean
coasts connected by road. The US could make this
claim if you allow the use of the Alaska Marine
Highway or the road connector through Canada. I
wonder if the former Soviet Union could make 
the claim.

Not that this is relevant, but Swisher's
itinerary takes him to Tok, not Tuk, but it
seems less likely that I'd be able to join him
for part of it anyway. 

Sucre a la creme
categories: Canadian, New Brunswick, candy, fudge
servings: 64

1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1/3 c milk (or 10 to 18% cream)
3 c icing sugar

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add brown sugar. Simmer for 
2 min to dissolve sugar. Add milk and bring to a boil 
over moderate heat. Remove from heat, let cool until 
warm. Add icing sugar and beat with mixer until smooth. 
Add nuts if you like them. Pour into a greased 8" 
brownie pan and place in the fridge to cool. Cut into 
squares and try to eat less than
