Actually, if you were to upgrade that dx40 to 32MB RAM, the CPU has plenty
enough juice to manage a Win95 Internet session. I know of at least one
organziation that was running Win95 on AMD 5x86/133 CPUs w/32MB RAM and the
performance on Word 6 was "satisfactory".
