I think Mosaic Netscape requires more than 1 meg on a PC, but maybe
you're right and the system resources need not be so high.  But if
you're going to store big JPEG or GIF pictures in memory along with the
other stuff that maintains the web browsing, then a lot of RAM will be
required.
