Mime encoding of the attachment makes it bigger.

Look for some online file "parking" service where you upload a
file, provide an email address of who it's for, then when the upload is
finished, that site sends an email to who the file is for with a link to
download it.

I've seen them, know of them, just don't know any names right off the top of my head.

With SurgeMail, there is a built in function to allow remote file share
like that, where you can put a file in a public or private folder, and then
send someone the link to download it.  Never enabled it, or used it, but I
know it's in there somewhere.
