the idea for me was to strip the attachments and give the user a link to
them instead, the link would only work after the admin (or someone you
assign to the job) released the attachment which is stored on a local file
server. This way people could receive attachments but like snailmail only
after someone else had made sure it's not a bomb.

strip out attachments including images, after the jpg and ani exploits you
can't even trust stupid animated icons or pictures.

The barracuda has that nice report feature, I get reports nightly from all
our cuda's.
