Had that in Win2K prior to SP3. Took it out and completely stomped it out
in XP because the file that could be placed in a folder to trigger special
formatting and webviews, etc. could be used as a bomb waiting to explode on
a users system when they opened that folder in Explorer. All kinds of code
could be caused to run. So there solution was to kill this feature which
was a nice feature.
