You have been allocated point number 22.  You are sending messages to
"3:711/934.9" instead of "Paul Edwards" or whatever. 
Can you sort that out before you go posting messages in volume?  Start with
a message in LOCUSER and see how that goes.  You've been hooked into
LOCUSER, LOCSYSOP, PUBLIC_DOMAIN and NETMAIL.  Remember to put NETMAIL
first in your control.dat and tenmin.tbl. BFN.
