If you are going to install NT4 as a virtual machine you might want to
check out the link below. The link is for a VirtualPC 2004 install. I'm not
sure how well or if Virtual PC 2007 handles NT4. If you are installing it
in VMware do a search on 'VMware NT 4' as I recall there are some extra
steps that one needs to do to load the VMware tools.
