You know, after messing with this it's obvious to me there should be a
control panel applet called "folder templates" so you can easily
modify each template to meet your custom requirements. This is silly to do
it the way they do with no explanation and no interface that shows you the
different templates. What kind of an idiot makes an OS for clueless users
then adds a dumbass feature like this with no explanation and no interface
that shows you the 5 templates? I've been a windows user since the
beginning and honestly I thought this was a bug.

This is exactly the kind of thing that proves Microsoft has lost focus.
