It's an interesting turn-around of the Turing test - if a bot can't be
distinguished from a human, then the bot has intelligence.

I could well imagine a harassed human producing what you quoted (someone
who was out of their depth, and who could only follow a script that handled
simple cases). So I can't distinguish the human from a bot.
