Stripping off and storing attachments

besides blacklists, it should have whitelist capability, it should also be
able to use a URL blacklist.

It should not let the users tweak the filters, users are idiots and there
are lots of spams that exploit them. For example there are spams that
really don't advertise anything, they are designed to screw up filters if
you try to detect them.
